Angelica Sanchez Bautista was arrested by Orlando police last August after her 1-week-old baby was found wrapped in a blanket with a 102-degree fever in a driveway on Lido Street. The child recovered after being discovered. As part of the plea deal, the state dropped Bautista\u2019s felony neglect of a child charge.
