All were reportedly left that way for three days. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Plumbing problems weren\u2019t the only concern this week. Sagra Pizza Bar in Miami was cited for rodent droppings inside a mixing bowl used to make dough, while Tropical Smoothie Caf\u00e9 in Fort Lauderdale had gnawed food packages and fresh droppings in its storage area. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Ayesha Fine Dining in Palmetto Bay, which we featured just last week for having a cat and roaches in the kitchen, was shut down again after inspectors found, once more, both roaches and a cat on the premises. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Other closures included Bob the Baker in Miami Gardens and Umami in Doral for roach infestations, Baia Blu in Coconut Grove for flies landing on seafood, and Leo\u2019s Pizza in Miami, where droppings and dead roaches were found alongside improperly stored food. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Even a mobile sushi trailer, Sushi Sake FT1, was shut down for rotten produce and food being prepared outdoors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">All the places mentioned were allowed to re-open following an ordered cleanup and then a re-inspection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">**SAGRA PIZZA BAR<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">11052 BISCAYNE BLVD.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">MIAMI<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">ORDERED SHUT 10\/20<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">13 VIOLATIONS FOUND<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/OIHFBIZII5HD7GW3VQM2CXF3DA.jpg\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cRodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Can opener soiled.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cFood not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Pan with raw chicken on the floor under the shelf in kitchen area.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and\/or dust. Back storage room &#8211; open to kitchen &#8211; on dry storage shelves: 1. Approximately 5 rodent droppings on plastic container containing packages of almonds. 2. Approximately 3 rodent droppings on exterior of case of potato chips. 3. Approximately 3 rodent droppings on case of lids. 4. Approximately 12 rodent droppings on box of utensils 5. Approximately 10 rodent droppings under dry storage shelving.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cIce buildup in walk-in freezer &#8211; around circulation fan and accumulated on floor. Do not use dishes\/equipment not properly sanitized. Observed employees washing dishes with not sanitizer solution. Observed eggs outside being cracked and placed into container.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cCleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored. Observed dry dish rack stored outside of mobile unit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cTime\/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed miso soup (86F &#8211; Hot Holding). As per operator less than 4 hours. Operator voluntarily tossed soup.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cMobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. One on the floor of the dry storage room and the other on the floor under the three compartment sink.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cFood-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime.
