(WCTV) &#8211; All felony charges have been dropped against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/03\/19\/fsu-kicker-arrested-fort-lauderdale-facing-felony-charges\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/03\/19\/fsu-kicker-arrested-fort-lauderdale-facing-felony-charges\/\">a Florida State University kicker who was arrested<\/a> on St. Patrick\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Conor McAneney\u2019s arrest stemmed from a trespassing incident at a bar in Fort Lauderdale. While officers were trying to detain him, law enforcement said McAneney allegedly became \u201cuncooperative and violent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The sophomore from Ireland was originally charged with battery on an officer, resisting an officer and trespassing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He is now facing lesser charges in connection with the incident.
