But 2023 saw the Maryland native break out, making 52 tackles and intercepting a team-high four passes on the way to making the All-Mid-American Conference (MAC) First Team.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Following the 2023 season, Huskey transferred to Maryland, about half-an-hour from his hometown of Gaithersburg. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In two years as a Terrapin, Huskey registered seven interceptions and 117 tackles.
