The project is being developed by PMG and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects as the second phase of the One Twenty Brickell development, following the sellout of One Twenty Brickell Residences at 120 Southwest 8th Street. Construction is already underway and backed by a secured construction loan, with PMG Residential exclusively handling sales.<\/p>\n<p>The tower is planned to yield 467 fully furnished condominium residences, with layouts ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Interiors are specified to include Italian kitchens with custom countertops and backsplashes, Miele appliance packages, Italkraft kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, WaterWorks bathroom fixtures, finished surfaces in wet areas, contemporary lighting packages, and built-out primary bedroom closets.
