{"id":250390,"date":"2026-04-29T00:08:22","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T00:08:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/250390\/"},"modified":"2026-04-29T00:08:22","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T00:08:22","slug":"beach-kids-foundation-accepting-scholarship-applications-fort-myers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/250390\/","title":{"rendered":"Beach Kids Foundation accepting scholarship applications &#8211; FORT MYERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Fort Myers Beach Kids Foundation is accepting scholarship applications.<\/p>\n<p>The organization announced they are accepting scholarship applications for the upcoming 2026 school year. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is our favorite time of year,\u201d Beach Kids Foundation member Deborah Groll said. \u201cWe awarded 21 scholarships last year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Groll advised interested applicants to visit the Facebook account of the Beach Kids Foundation to apply, or contact Groll at 239-850-6322, or by email at fmbkidsfoundation@gmail.com.<\/p>\n<p>Students applying must need need to live on the Island, work on the island, or have parents, or grandparents that live or work on Fort Myers Beach.<\/p>\n<p>The Beach Kids Foundation will have an awards dinner in July to present the scholarships.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to submit an application is June 1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Fort Myers Beach Kids Foundation is accepting scholarship applications.
