Analysts note that democratic systems provide nonviolent means to oppose leaders, and historical comparisons suggest political violence stems from more complex factors. While both parties bear responsibility for gerrymandering nationwide, Florida\u2019s situation stands out due to its constitutional constraints. A typical home price has climbed from about $250,000 in 2019 to nearly $400,000 today, far outpacing wage growth. While higher-end properties continue to sell, the middle market is tightening, and entry-level options have largely vanished. Renters are growing faster than homeowners, with many spending over half their income on housing, limiting savings for down payments.
