Gateway Jax is a Jacksonville-based investment and development firm founded in 2022. When completed, the $750 million development will result in the transformation of nine downtown blocks into a vibrant neighborhood  anchored by an urban Publix grocery store where people will live, dine, shop and gather.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/164fde50-7010-4fef-b95b-75f043de4c60-L.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/pearl_square_brochure_2026_web_Page_5-L.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Vandeveer (N11)<\/p>\n<p>Delivering in 2026, Vandeveer is a mixed-use building that will bring 205 fully-amentized residential units featuring five ground floor dining options.
