The\u00a0national\u00a0median\u00a0sales\u00a0price\u00a0of $440,000 represented a\u00a02.3%\u00a0or $10,000\u00a0month-over-month increase.\u00a0Year over year, the median price was up 1.1% or $5,000.\u00a0The average close-to-list-price ratio was 99%, the same as in\u00a0March\u00a02025\u00a0but up from 98% in February.\u00a0<\/p>\n
