(WCTV) &#8211; A man has been arrested after allegedly taking photos of children in a public bathroom. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to police, officers responded to a Tallahassee business in April in reference to a man, identified as Qyran Ackerman, taking photos of exposed children in the bathroom. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tallahassee police officers spoke to a security guard at the business, who told police a mother had approached him and said a man in the bathroom had taken a photo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Ackerman was arrested and charged with five counts of Digital Voyeurism, according to police.\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/7M6QFY3X3ZH2HD5U7ZIGPAAYJA.png\" width=\"980\" height=\"551\" \/>Ackerman was arrested and charged with five counts of Digital Voyeurism, according to police.(Leon County Jail)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The security guard told police that he found Ackerman outside and tried to stop him. According to arrest papers, before being prompted, Ackerman said he didn\u2019t take any photos of the child and ran. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police spoke to the child\u2019s mother, who said a man approached her son in the bathroom and told him to enter the stall next to him. She said once her son was in the stall and had pulled his pants down, the man started to take photos.
