FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. \u2013 A Palm Coast man was arrested after being accused of exposing himself to a minor at a fast-food drive thru last week, according to the Flagler County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

In a release, deputies said they responded to the incident on April 24 at a Chick-fil-A along State Road 100.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the victim \u2014 a minor \u2014 who claimed that a customer had \u201cexposed his genitals\u201d to her while she was working at the drive-thru window, the release states.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe victim told deputies that she was handing the customer his food and saw his exposed genitals with a blueish-green circular object, which she believed to be a sex toy, around his penis,\u201d the release reads.<\/p>\n

Using surveillance footage, deputies said they managed to identify the suspect as Luke Dudkewic, 33.<\/p>\n

They later spoke with Dudkewic at his home, and he admitted to going through the Chick-fil-A drive thru earlier that day, investigators added.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe also confirmed that he owned a blueish-green vibrating sex toy, which he had with him in the car,\u201d the release continues. \u201cHowever, he denied that he was wearing it at the time and denied having his genitals exposed.\u201d<\/p>\n

But during subsequent interviews, Dudkewic revealed he had indeed been wearing the sex toy while heading through the drive thru, claiming to have been \u201ctesting a mode on the device which would adjust the vibration speed based on how fast he was travelling,\u201d the release shows.<\/p>\n

\u201cThroughout the interviews, Dudkewic denied exposing his genitals,\u201d deputies wrote. \u201cHe stated that he did not believe his genitals or the device would be visible under his shorts but may have accidentally \u2018popped out.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

As a result, Dudkewic was ultimately arrested and now faces a charge of lewd\/lascivious exhibition by an offender 18 years or old in the presence of a victim who is under 16 years of age. He was released on bond of $10,000.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis pervert knew what he was doing and purposefully went through a drive-thru exposing himself for his own perverted gratification,\u201d Sheriff Rick Staly said. \u201cIt\u2019s unfortunate that a young employee just doing her job to make some money had to be exposed to such a pervert.\u201d<\/p>\n
