The deal runs through Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Frontier Airlines says it\u2019s helping Spirit customers with up to 50% off base fares. Travelers can use the code \u201cSAVENOW\u201d &#8212; all one word &#8212; to get the discount.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">American Airlines says it has added \u201crescue fares\u201d on routes typically served by Spirit, though it has not released specific pricing. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The airline also says it\u2019s working to provide transportation for Spirit employees who may be stranded during work trips.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">United Airlines has launched a <a href=\"https:\/\/united.com\/specialfares\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/united.com\/specialfares\">special webpage<\/a> with options for affected travelers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Southwest Airlines is also offering discounted flights to customers who can show proof of a canceled Spirit flight, with that offer running through Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">One traveler, Angela Moreno, said she\u2019s been stuck trying to rebook &#8212; not with Spirit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cWe tried calling, no one in customer service. And since we figured it out today, we tried to reach out and we were like, what do we have to lose,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Passengers continue showing up at the airport looking for answers.
