With more than 20 years at P&amp;G, he has played a key role in building culturally resonant campaigns and expanding opportunities within major consumer brands.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of FAMU\u2019s School of Business and Industry, Goff has built a career at the intersection of business growth and cultural impact\u2014making Oloyede\u2019s endorsement deal a reflection of that same philosophy.<\/p>\n<p>A Moment Bigger Than One Deal<\/p>\n<p>For Oloyede, the partnership represents more than a personal milestone\u2014it signals a broader shift in visibility for HBCU band culture and leadership.<\/p>\n<p>As the first female head drum major of the Marching \u201c100,\u201d her journey already marked a historic breakthrough.
