Hurricane Melissa left dozens dead<\/a> and widespread destruction across Cuba, Haiti and Jamaica, where roofless homes, fallen utility poles and water-logged furniture dominated the landscape today.<\/p>\n

Melissa continues to weaken as it moves through the Caribbean and into the western Atlantic.<\/p>\n
