\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIT IS A LOVELY START. THIS WEEK THOUGH IS ALL ABOUT CHANGES. LOOK AT THE SEVEN DAY FORECAST. OKAY, WE BEGIN WITH TEMPERATURES TODAY CLIMBING INTO THE LOWER RANGE OF THE 80S. IT\u2019S GOING TO BE GORGEOUS. A SPRINKLE OR TWO TODAY OR TOMORROW. THEN WEDNESDAY THURSDAY THE HEAT REALLY BEGINS TO BUILD. THUNDERSTORMS RETURN TO OUR FORECAST ON FRIDAY AND THEN WE KIND OF DROP THE RAIN CHANCES OFF JUST A LITTLE BIT INTO THE WEEKEND. BUT MORE AND MORE WE\u2019RE ENTERING INTO THIS SUMMER\u2019S PATTERN, THIS BIG RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE FADES. BUT AS IT DOES SO, IT JUST KIND OF LEAVES ENOUGH STABILITY THAT OUR RAIN CHANCES ARE GOING TO STAY RELATIVELY LOW. THE RAINY SEASON. A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ASKING ABOUT THIS. THE RAINY SEASON TYPICALLY STARTS ON MAY THE 27TH. THAT\u2019S WHEN COLD FRONTS STOP. DAILY STORMS START, AND OUR MORNING LOWS SLASH DEW POINTS ARE IN THE UPPER 60S, LOWER 70S. NOW THAT\u2019S THE AVERAGE START. IT\u2019S NOT A FINITE DAY EVERY YEAR. BUT THAT SAID, WE ARE LESS THAN A MONTH NOW FROM THE TYPICAL START OF THOSE SUMMERTIME STORMS. EARLIEST ON RECORD IN ORLANDO IS TOMORROW THE EARLIEST ON RECORD. DAYTONA BEACH WOULD HAVE BEEN YESTERDAY. SO WE\u2019RE NOW IN THE RANGE WHERE WE HAVE SEEN THOSE DAYS START. BUT AGAIN, WE DON\u2019T SEE THAT STARTING THIS WEEK. RAIN CHANCES REMAINING FAIRLY MEAGER UNTIL WE GET INTO THAT FRIDAY OPPORTUNITY. SO DEFINITELY SOMETHING TO WATCH. ONE OTHER POINT TO MAKE IS THAT WE STILL NEED THE RAINFALL. AND EVEN BREVARD COUNTY, WITH ALL THE RAIN THAT YOU DID SEE A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, THAT\u2019S STILL STARTING TO NEGATE OUT. AND YOU\u2019RE STARTING TO GET INTO MORE OF A DROUGHT SITUATION. THE METRO AND OUR NORTHWESTERN AREAS BY FAR, THOUGH, ARE THE DRIEST OF OUR COMMUNITY. SO THAT SAID, WE NEED THE RAINFALL, BUT AT LEAST THE NEXT FEW DAYS, OUR QUICK COOLDOWN FADES. TODAY\u2019S THE LAST REALLY COMFORTABLE DAY. THAT RECORD HEAT STARTS SETTLING IN. WATCH THESE TEMPERATURES 81 TODAY ALREADY TO AVERAGE, WHICH BY THE WAY IS 87 THIS TIME OF YEAR TOMORROW. AND THEN WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, WE CRANK INTO THE MID 90S. THAT\u2019S NOT A RECORD IN ORLANDO, BUT EVERY OTHER REPORTING STATION DAYTONA BEACH, MELBOURNE, SANFORD, LEESBURG ALL LOOKING AT CHALLENGING RECORDS ON THURSDAY AND THEN FRIDAY WHILE WE START TO GET KIND OF A WIND SHIFT, OUR TEMPERATURES WILL DROP JUST A LITTLE BIT OUTSIDE THIS MORNING. LOVELY. NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE, THERE ARE CLOUDS INTO VARIOUS DOWNTOWN ORLANDO LOOKING A BIT BETTER AT 6663 DEGREES DAYTONA BEACH AND 63 AS WELL IN PORT CANAVERAL. NO RAIN SHOWING UP ON OUR FIRST WARNING LIVE RADAR. SO WE\u2019RE FANTASTIC TO START THINGS OFF TEMPERATURES TODAY, CLIMBING INTO THE LOWER 80S IN THE METRO, LOWER TO MID 80S IN OUR WESTERN SPOTS, UPPER 70S AT THE BEACHES AND WINDS WILL BE BREEZY TO EVEN GUSTY, WITH GUSTS RUNNING TO ABOUT 25 MILES AN HOUR. BEST CHANCE OF RAIN, AS I\u2019VE ILLUSTRATED, IS GOING TO BE ACROSS OUR SPACE COAST COMMUNITIES. SO FOR TODAY, 10% CHANCE OF RAIN FOR TOMORROW.
