JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 A man is dead after his car and another car side swiped each other on Jacksonville’s Northside, causing a crash early Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n
JSO investigators said the man, in his early 30s, was driving a Ford Taurus northbound on Ernwill Street around 1:26 a.m. Tuesday when he collided with the side of a pickup truck driving southbound.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Investigators said the driver of the pickup truck stopped after the collision, while the driver of the Taurus continued on for about a block before crashing into a parked car. The mas was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The pickup truck driver was not injured, investigators said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
