Developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures in collaboration with Hilton, the project is designed by Nichols Architects in collaboration with KORA, with interiors by BAMO, landscape architecture by Enea Landscape, and construction by Coastal Construction. The building sits on a two-acre beachfront site and will yield 92 condominium residences, with more than 85 percent of homes under contract. Residences will span approximately 2,100 to 6,100 square feet and will be offered in two- to five-bedroom layouts. These residences will feature wraparound terraces, private elevator access, and up to 70 linear feet of direct ocean frontage. Services managed by Waldorf Astoria will include 24-hour concierge, in-residence dining, and dedicated beach and poolside service.
