(CBS12) \u2014 The driver of the van who crashed into a box truck had to be extricated from their vehicle on Monday, according to Martin County Fire Rescue. <\/p>\n<p>MCFR says the crash happened at around 4 p.m. near Southwest Citrus Boulevard and Zarella Street in Palm City.
