Alongside the eco-conscious runway, the show features dinner catered by 4 Rivers Smokehouse. Hosted by Keep Orlando Beautiful, the event proceeds from ticket sales will be used to support litter clean-ups, education programs and recycling collection events across the city. <\/p>\n<p>Trash 2 Trends counters the ever-accelerating trend cycle, complete with overflowing landfills of discarded garments and sundry fast fashion. The event highlights Orlando-based designers with a passion for challenging the norms of capitalist consumption. <\/p>\n<p>6 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, Orlando Science Center, 777 E.
