{"id":260833,"date":"2026-05-06T16:55:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T16:55:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/260833\/"},"modified":"2026-05-06T16:55:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T16:55:08","slug":"influencer-clavicular-facing-charges-in-apparent-florida-everglades-alligator-shooting-court-documents-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/260833\/","title":{"rendered":"Influencer Clavicular facing charges in apparent Florida Everglades alligator shooting, court documents show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/miami\/news\/clavicular-lawsuit-teen-streamer-looksmaxxing\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Controversial influencer Clavicular<\/a> is facing charges for his alleged role in the apparent shooting of an alligator in the Florida Everglades back in March, according to court documents.<\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/cbsn-fusion-breaking-down-what-happened-influencer-clavicular-looksmaxxing-thumbnail.jpg#.jpeg\" alt=\"cbsn-fusion-breaking-down-what-happened-influencer-clavicular-looksmaxxing-thumbnail.jpg \" height=\"349\" width=\"620\" class=\" lazyload\"  loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Clavicular, whose real name is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/miami\/news\/influencer-clavicular-miami-overdose-livestream\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Braden Eric Peters<\/a>, &#8220;did unlawfully and knowingly discharge a firearm in a public place or on or over the right-of-way of a paved public road, highway or street, or over occupied premises&#8221; at the Francis Taylor Everglades Wildlife Management Area Boat Ramp Dock, a violation of Florida state law, according to Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle.<\/p>\n<p>The charges were filed on April 29.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, Peters is facing a charge of unlawfully discharging a firearm in a public place or residential property.<\/p>\n<p>The incident allegedly took place on March 26.<\/p>\n<p>Also charged in the incident are Andrew Morales, known as &#8220;The Cuban Tarzan&#8221; on social media, and Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres.<\/p>\n<p>The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said back in March that it was aware of a video that appeared to show the men on an airboat in the Florida Everglades shooting the alligator.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;FWC officers are looking into the incident and will provide additional information when available,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MyFWC\/status\/2037328518275572221\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">the FWC said at the time<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Peters, 20, has gained notoriety online as the face of a trend called &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/texas\/video\/dangerous-looksmaxxing-trend-exposes-north-texas-teen-to-steroids-and-health-risks\/\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">looksmaxxing<\/a>,&#8221; where people try to maximize attractiveness in extreme ways.
