\n\tClavicular<\/a> has been charged with a misdemeanor for unlawfully discharging a firearm in public. In March, the 20-year-old \u201clooksmaxxing\u201d streamer, born Braden Peters,\u00a0made headlines after he appeared to fire at a dead alligator while livestreaming in the Florida Everglades.<\/p>\n \n\tHe has not been arrested and was not charged with harming the alligator, according to The New York Times<\/a>. Peters is scheduled to appear in Miami-Dade County Court on May 20.<\/p>\n \n\tAlso facing charges in the incident are Andrew Morales, known as \u201cCuban Tarzan\u201d on social media, and Yabdiel Annibal Cotto Torres, known as \u201cBaby Alien.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tFollowing the livestream, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission issued a March 26 statement\u00a0on X<\/a> that it was \u201caware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator. FWC officers are looking into the incident and will provide additional information when available.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tPeters\u2019 lawyers, Steven Kramer and Jeffrey Neiman, said in a statement<\/a> on Wednesday that he \u201chas been summoned to appear for a misdemeanor charge that stems from following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide.\u201d \u201cHe relied on that guidance,\u201d the attorneys stated. \u201cNo animals or people were harmed. We are confident that once the full picture is understood, people will see this for what it is.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tIn March, Peters was separately\u00a0arrested in Fort Lauderdale<\/a>\u00a0on battery charges after he allegedly instigated a fight between two women and then posted the video on social media.
