The seller was spec developer <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/miami\/2022\/06\/02\/spec-home-developer-picks-up-waterfront-teardown-in-miami-beach-for-13m\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Francisco Perez<\/a>, who acquired the site in 2022 for $13 million. In the latest sale, the buyer was a trust tied to Robert Johnson.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Residential: A Monaco-based company tied to Polish billionaire Leszek Czarnecki and his wife, Jolanta Czarnecka, sold a condo at 10 Venetian Way for $8.2 million. The buyer was Farmstead Realty LLC. The unit spans about 6,400 square feet, pricing the sale at about $1,300 per square foot. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms; it last sold in 2020 for $5.7 million.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Residential: An LLC managed by businessman Richard Schnall parted with a condo at 200 Arkona Court in West Palm Beach for $8 million. The unit, which last sold in 2023 for $9.1 million and had a most recent asking price of $8.6 million, spans 3,600 square feet and has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The deal breaks down to roughly $2,200 per square foot. The buyer was a trust tied to Gerald Sprayregen, an entrepreneur and artist. Lilly Ferreira with Brown Harris Stevens had the listing, and Burton Minkoff with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Residential: Matthew and Anne Hardy purchased a home at 3138 Gulfstream Road in Gulf Stream for $7.4 million from Frances Stevens, who bought the property in 2002 for $850,000. The five-bedroom residence spans about 3,900 square feet. The latest deal works out to about $1,800 per square foot. The home\u2019s most recent asking price was about $7.7 million.
