The firm said its <a href=\"https:\/\/members.asicentral.com\/news\/industry-news\/february-2026\/proforma-acquires-safeguard-from-deluxe-adding-nearly-180m-in-annual-sales\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">recent acquisition of Safeguard<\/a> (asi\/316203) will grow annual revenue by nearly $180 million while continuing to expand its base of distributorships, as well as the network\u2019s presence and capabilities. Proforma operates two support center locations in North America \u2013 one in Tampa and another in Cleveland.<\/p>\n<p>The TBBJ recognition is one of many Proforma has received over the last several years. More than 140 Proforma franchises <a href=\"https:\/\/members.asicentral.com\/news\/industry-news\/august-2025\/dozens-of-promo-firms-rank-on-2025-inc-5000-list\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">have made<\/a> the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies, with many earning the honor multiple times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur growth and recognition wouldn\u2019t be possible without the commitment of our distributor owners,\u201d said Tim Nale, chief brand officer at Proforma. \u201cProforma\u2019s mission is to empower distributor success. This award is a reflection of the shared commitment that drives us forward every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Based on 2024 North American promotional products revenue of $662 million, Proforma ranks fourth on Counselor\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/members.asicentral.com\/news\/strategy\/july-2025\/counselor-top-40-distributors-2025\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">most recent list<\/a> of largest distributors in the industry.
