If you\u2019ve been hoping for a break from the heat in Orlando and across central Florida, you\u2019ll need to hang on a little longer another round of summer-like weather is ahead, with daytime highs expected to reach the low to mid-90s through the weekend. <\/p>\n
Tomorrow’s forecast<\/p>\n
A new weather pattern is on the horizon as a cold front sitting north and west of central Florida is expected to bring in abundant moisture. Rain chances are forecast to climb slightly as the sea breezes begin interacting over the peninsula. There\u2019s a 30 to 40 percent chance for showers and thunderstorms on Friday and into the weekend. <\/p>\n
While Thursday evening is expected to remain dry with mainly clear skies, clouds should increase overnight as the cold front draws closer. Spotty morning showers are possible, but the best chance for storms will come later in the day as the Gulf and Atlantic sea breezes collide over central Florida.
