Starting this weekend, the neighborhood becomes a world of LuLu with the returning LuLu Passport program, with which you can avail yourselves of LuLu bargains and keepsakes through May 23. <\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, the area goes LuLu-bonkers \u2014 as if catnip-crazed \u2014 with a daytime \u201cWhite Cat Party\u201d reception outdoors hosted by Red Scarlett Salon. There\u2019s also a LuLu-themed wine walk on May 14, a \u201cBlack Cat Party\u201d on May 16 after the sun sets at Hyer and Washington, and a feline-themed art show at the Falcon that same night.
