\n\t\t\t\t\t\tA man arrested early Wednesday in Orange County is accused of recklessly leaving the scene of a shooting at a nightclub and trying to run from the deputy who pursued him, according to the sheriff’s office.Miguel Antonio Umana Jr., 25, faces charges of fleeing\/eluding law enforcement with lights and sirens active, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended or revoked license, booking records show.Deputies responded around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday to Le Palace along South Orange Blossom Trail, where it was reported a physical fight had resulted in a shooting, according to Umana’s arrest affidavit. A man who shot two other men in their 20s was then shot by a security guard who returned fire, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office reported later that day, adding at the time that another person who was in the suspect’s car fled the scene but was later arrested. The three men who were shot were taken to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries, according to the sheriff’s office. The deputy used a PIT maneuver on the car, causing it to spin out and come to a stop in the middle of the road, yet when the deputy exited their vehicle and gave the fleeing driver commands to do the same, the driver allegedly made a U-turn across the center median and began to travel north instead, according to the affidavit.Now closer to the road’s intersection with 36th Street, the deputy said they performed a second PIT maneuver on the vehicle, which then came to a stop. Umana, noted as the vehicle’s sole occupant, was placed in a patrol vehicle and taken to a hospital for his injuries before being transferred to corrections officers, the affidavit states.Umana is being held on no bond pursuant to the charge of fleeing\/eluding, records show.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
