The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) is hosting Parade of Homes Orlando on May 9-17, 2026.
\nFor 2026\u2019s Parade, 60 homes are along the route. Families can create their own self-guided tours and choose whatever homes or apartments appeal to them.
\nWhether you\u2019re planning on moving or simply want inspiration, the Parade is meant to be a relaxing stroll through really cool places. It shows off innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, outdoor living, interior style,\u00a0remodeling\u00a0and pool design.\u00a0
\nPlus, smart homes are getting smarter. \u201cIn fact, in the house we\u2019re in right now, there\u2019s actually an air quality monitoring system,\u201d said Greg Hardwick, president of Hardwick General Contracting. \u201cSo if the air quality inside the home gets a little out of spec, it\u2019ll detect that and go ahead and kick on some ventilation systems that\u2019ll pull that air out.\u201d
