Just a few months after buying the 1 North Dale Mabry office building in Tampa, Enverra Real Estate Partners has completed six lease agreements for 78,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

That includes a mix of two renewals and expansions and four new leases.<\/p>\n

Atlanta-based Enverra bought the 13-story building late last year in a short sale<\/a>. According to Hillsborough County property records, it paid $40.3 million and at the time committed to spending $4 million on upgrades.<\/p>\n

Along with the new leases, Enverra says work is underway on the improvements \u2014 a lounge featuring a coffee bar, a landscaped outdoor terrace, improved street-level curb appeal and enhancements to the fitness center, conference facilities and common areas.<\/p>\n

The building is at the northeast corner of Dale Mabry Highway and Kennedy Boulevard, two of the busiest commercial corridors in the city, and less than a mile from Interstate 275 and the Midtown Tampa development.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lease terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

The transactions include:<\/p>\n

PCL Construction, a general contractor, has signed a renewal and is expanding to 20,977 square feet.Marsh McLennan Agency, a professional services firm, has signed a renewal and is expanding to 18,008 square feet.Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, a law firm, has signed a new lease and is taking 12,713 square feet.Vault Risk Management, an insurance agency, has signed a new lease for 12,772 square feet.Alvarez, Thompson & Smoak, a law firm, has signed a new lease for 8,557 square feet.Esthetica, a medspa, has signed a new lease for 4,670 square feet.<\/p>\n
