The center of the negotiations is a single-page, 14-point memorandum of understanding (MoU). This document is intended to serve as a framework for a month-long period of intensive negotiations in Islamabad<\/a>, Pakistan, aimed at a permanent resolution to the hostilities.<\/p>\n

While in Miami, the Qatari prime minister consulted with the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia. A coalition including Qatar, Pakistan<\/a>, Egypt<\/a>, Turkey<\/a>, and Saudi Arabia<\/a> is working collectively to push the deal through.<\/p>\n
