(WCTV) &#8211; Attorneys for one of the victims killed in the 2025<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/news\/fatal-fsu-shooting\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/news\/fatal-fsu-shooting\/\"> FSU campus shooting <\/a>will announce a lawsuit a lawsuit against ChatGPT and its creator, OpenAI.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/05\/01\/gofundme-support-surges-fsu-shooting-victims-robert-morales-tiru-chabba\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/05\/01\/gofundme-support-surges-fsu-shooting-victims-robert-morales-tiru-chabba\/\">Tiru Chabba<\/a> was one of two people killed and six others injured when investigators say Phoenix Ikner opened fire on campus in April 2025. Chabba was on campus working as a vendor for a food service company when he was shot.
