{"id":266637,"date":"2026-05-11T14:37:09","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T14:37:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/266637\/"},"modified":"2026-05-11T14:37:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T14:37:09","slug":"three-orlando-health-hospitals-earn-best-workplace-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/266637\/","title":{"rendered":"Three Orlando Health hospitals earn best workplace award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">ORLANDO, Fla. \u2014 Three Orlando Health hospitals have been named among Modern Healthcare\u2019s Best Places to Work for 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orlandohealth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.orlandohealth.com\/\">Orlando Health<\/a> announced Monday that Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital, Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital and Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute earned the national recognition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">The list recognizes health care companies and organizations with positive workplace environments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">\u201cOur three selected hospitals are among only 150 healthcare companies and organizations nationwide recognized by Modern Healthcare as best places to work,\u201d said Colleen Harper, vice president of human resources. \u201cThis recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture where team members feel valued, supported and proud of the work they do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">This marks the sixth consecutive year that at least one Orlando Health hospital has been named to Modern Healthcare\u2019s Best Places to Work list.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital was selected for the fifth consecutive year. Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute was honored for the third year in a row, and Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital earned the recognition for the sixth time since 2020.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">Selections are based on an assessment questionnaire and a team member survey conducted in the spring.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">Orlando Health said randomly selected employees shared feedback about their work environment, communication, job satisfaction and compensation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\">Modern Healthcare is expected to announce the official 2026 rankings this fall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 eJzHXc body-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wftv.com\/mobile-apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wftv.com\/mobile-apps\">Click here<\/a> to download our free news, weather and smart TV apps.
