The Special Victims Unit assumed the investigation and began to conduct interviews and collect evidence.The investigation revealed that there were two victims, both under the age of 12. Both victims were known to De Los Santos, CCPD said. Detectives then authored a warrant for De Los Santos’ arrest, which was approved by the State Attorney’s Office.De Los Santos was arrested by the Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force and transported to the Lee County Jail. He faces two charges of lewd or lascivious molestation.
