He then walked out of the store without paying. The value of the stolen merchandise was $128.99, CCPD said.Later that night, officers responded to a theft in progress at the RaceTrac at 3010 Northeast Pine Island Road. Employees reported that Naples had taken two phone chargers and left without paying, CCPD said.Officers recognized Naples as the suspect from the Target theft, as he was still wearing the clothing stolen during the incident, CCPD said.Officers then searched Naples and said they located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on him.
