Prosecutors argued she provoked the confrontation and could not claim self-defense because the shooting happened while she was breaking the law by hitting the other driver\u2019s car.<br \/>\nDuring a hearing on Thursday, Allgeo was sentenced to 18 months in prison followed by 10 years of probation.
