Designed by A++ and developed by Riviera Horizons in collaboration with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte, the boutique residential project will yield 70 all-corner residences overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The development will also include expansive private terraces, a rooftop pool with 360-degree views, a 29th-floor wellness level, a private marina, a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, yacht club and beach club access, and an automotive concierge program powered by Prestige Imports.<\/p>\n<p>The development team held a groundbreaking ceremony on May 15 to mark the start of construction.
