The Storm have clinched a playoff spot in their inaugural season after their win against the Dallas Renegades 31-24, driven by an outstanding four rushing touchdowns, an exceptional 11-16 on third down, and another great outing by quarterback Jack Plummer. &#8220;They just find a way to get it done,&#8221; Orlando Storm Head Coach Anthony Becht said.This will be coach Becht&#8217;s third straight UFL postseason (2024, 2025 with the St Louis Battlehawks).&#8221;I love watching these guys have success,&#8221; Becht continued in the postgame press conference. It was a slow start for Orlando as they battled a strong Texas wind, having two field goals run wide. But the Storm surged into the second half as they scored 17 unanswered points and gained their first lead of the night. Dallas had to respond, but the Storm continued to punish their mistakes, backing them into fourth-and-27 on their own 35-yard line, where they were unable to convert.The Storm do not know who they will be matched up with, as they are the first team in the league to clinch a postseason spot. Becht&#8217;s former Battlehawks are sitting in 2nd at 5-2, tied with the DC Defenders.
