The dark blue bear wears a bright blue captain\u2019s hat and orange sash. He has a white star around one of his eyes.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The marshmallow stars have aligned \ud83d\udcab Captain Cacao has arrived and is ready to meet you at Universal Epic Universe!
