The\u00a0south\u00a0tower of the\u00a0Ritz-Carlton Residences<\/a>, Estero Bay\u00a0recently opened in the 500-acre\u00a0Saltleaf\u00a0on Estero Bay\u00a0master-planned \u201ccoastal village\u201d\u00a0in Bonita Springs\u00a0south of Fort Myers<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Residences will\u00a0comprise\u00a0two 22-story buildings\u00a0with\u00a0nearly a\u00a0mile of waterfront and 224\u00a0homes\u00a0in total.\u00a0The North Tower is currently under construction and is slated for delivery in 2027.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Together,\u00a0the Residences\u00a0form the centerpiece of\u00a0the\u00a0Saltleaf\u00a0community, which also offers\u00a0the\u00a0Raymond Floyd-designed\u00a018-hole championship course, The Preserve,\u00a0that\u00a0opened in 2024.\u00a0Saltleaf\u00a0also\u00a0has\u00a0The Leaf, a nine-hole course, and\u00a0a 12,500-square-foot clubhouse. Saltleaf Marina is expected to open next\u00a0and bring\u00a072 private boat slips directly\u00a0adjacent to\u00a0The Residences.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The South Tower\u00a0condominiums<\/a>\u00a0range from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet with two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts with dens and are priced from $3 million. All units offer\u00a0private elevator lobbies, terraces\u00a0of\u00a0up to 2,200 square feet\u00a0and interiors\u00a0designed by\u00a0Meyer Davis\u00a0with\u00a0European-inspired cabinetry, Sub-Zero\/Wolf\u00a0appliances\u00a0and\u00a0spa-style primary baths.\u00a0Both towers will be topped by\u00a0penthouses priced from $15,235,000 and spanning up to\u00a013,630 square feet\u00a0with outdoor terraces of up to\u00a07,380 square feet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Separately,\u00a0London\u00a0Bay announced that hospitality veteran Karl Budnik will serve as general manager of the Residences. In this role, he will oversee residential services and lifestyle programming.\u00a0During his 30-year career, Budnik has\u00a0held senior leadership roles at numerous\u00a0Ritz-Carlton properties, including The Ritz-Carlton\u00a0Bacara, Santa Barbara; The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago; Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Oman; The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka; The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes; and, most recently, The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester.\u00a0<\/p>\n
