{"id":275679,"date":"2026-05-18T21:27:11","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T21:27:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/275679\/"},"modified":"2026-05-18T21:27:11","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T21:27:11","slug":"orlando-investor-pays-2-6-million-for-manatee-building","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/275679\/","title":{"rendered":"Orlando investor pays $2.6 million for Manatee building"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"h949553-p1\" class=\"permalinkable\">An Orlando investor named National Foundation Group LLC has bought a fully leased industrial building in Manatee County.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h949553-p2\" class=\"permalinkable\">The property is at 6720 33rd St. E. near Whitfield Avenue and U.S. Highway 301.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h949553-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">LQ Commercial Real Estate, which represented the seller and announced the deal, says the sales price was $2.56 million.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h949553-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">The single-tenant building is 14,400 square feet and sits on 1.22 acres.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h949553-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">Details of what type of business National Foundation Group LLC is in weren\u2019t immediately available online.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h949553-p6\" class=\"permalinkable\">The company\u2019s address, however, matches that of a small office building in Orlando in the state\u2019s Division of Corporation database. Orange County property records show that the property at 58 W.
