(More than $250 million in contracts have been signed for the building in the past 100 days.)<\/p>\n<p>With this deal, two of the building\u2019s three penthouses have now found buyers. The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath unit is around 12,500 square feet and features nearly 1,400 square feet of outdoor space with Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay views.<\/p>\n<p>A private elevator opens to a large great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and 10-foot-high ceilings.<\/p>\n<p>One of three penthouses inside Rivage Bal Harbour; the home boasts seven vista-filled bedrooms.
