During their tour, the students explored the sanctuary and learning spaces while gaining a glimpse into Jewish life, traditions and worship.

Rabbi Kornworcel shared insights about Jewish practices, the meaning behind elements of the synagogue and the role of prayer and community in Jewish life. The students also experienced a brief mock service that offered them a hands-on introduction to Jewish prayer and ritual. Thank you to Laurin Jacobson for assisting the Rabbi with this engaging and educational part of the visit.

The visit provided a wonderful opportunity for learning, dialogue and friendship, reflecting our shared commitment to understanding and respect among faith communities. We were honored to host these students and their teachers and look forward to continuing to build meaningful connections with our neighbors in the wider community.

6th grade students from Christ the King Catholic School at Congregation Rodeph Sholom In March, Rabbi Andres Kornworcel…

[10
135,137,136
post-276187","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-tampa","tag-tampa","tag-tampa-headlines","tag-tampa-news
["GET
