Koltin Consulting Group acted as adviser to both Nichols Cauley and the Molieri Group on the acquisition.<\/p>\n

The transaction follows Nichols Cauley\u2019s January merger with two \u201ccomplementary\u201d companies, forming a broader financial services business serving small and mid-sized companies with accounting, insurance brokerage and transaction advisory services.<\/p>\n
The combined platform is backed by a strategic investment from Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago.<\/p>\n
The company said the backing leverages Madison Dearborn\u2019s \u201cindustry expertise and operational experience\u201d in financial services to help drive ongoing growth and expansion.<\/p>\n
