{"id":277089,"date":"2026-05-19T20:04:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-19T20:04:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/277089\/"},"modified":"2026-05-19T20:04:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-19T20:04:08","slug":"real-housewives-of-miami-star-reaches-pretrial-agreement-with-prosecution-to-drop-spying-charges-wsvn-7news-miami-news-weather-sports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/277089\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Real Housewives of Miami\u2019 star reaches pretrial agreement with prosecution to drop spying charges &#8211; WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MIAMI (WSVN) &#8211; All charges will be dropped against \u201cReal Housewives of Miami\u201d star Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, according to her attorneys. <\/p>\n<p>The TV personality and Glidden will be required to complete a felony pretrial diversion program as part of an agreement they reached with prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>Hochstein and Glidden landed <a href=\"https:\/\/wsvn.com\/entertainment\/real-housewives-of-miami-star-lisa-hochman-turns-herself-in-accused-of-spying-on-her-ex-husband\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wsvn.com\/entertainment\/real-housewives-of-miami-star-lisa-hochman-turns-herself-in-accused-of-spying-on-her-ex-husband\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">behind bars in April<\/a> after they were charged with spying on Hochstein\u2019s former husband with a recording device.<\/p>\n<p>Police say Hochstein planted the recorder in Dr. Leonard Hochstein\u2019s Mercedes-Benz. When he noticed the device, he reported her to the police.<\/p>\n<p>The charges against both defendants are expected to be dismissed by mid-June as long as they complete the program.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 Sunbeam Television Corp.
