They will host a total of 408 residences, exclusively featuring two-bedroom, two-bathroom models.<\/p>\n<p>All homes will be designated as workforce housing for households earning within 80 to 120 percent of the area median income (AMI). Per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tampa.gov\/document\/federal-hud-and-state-income-limits-0412025-121871\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the City of Tampa<\/a>, this means housing would be reserved for \u201clow income\u201d and \u201cmoderate income\u201d households; a four-person household could earn within $83,450 to $125,160 annually to qualify.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-40065\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Screenshot-2026-05-19-at-8.08.49-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"926\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Amenities include a swimming pool. Developer Hillpointe recently secured $67 million in construction financing to fund the project. PNC Bank was the lender.<\/p>\n<p>Hillpointe Construction intends to finish construction by June 2027. Other involved parties include KSH Engineering, Hamilton Engineering, and Dark Moss. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.multihousingnews.com\/hillpointe-lands-67m-for-tampa-project\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Multi-Housing News<\/a> credits the community with being \u201cthe first amended site to be built under Florida\u2019s Live Local Act.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pointe Grand Interbay at Tampa is set for <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/RFwskRePyQXGgvyr6\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">7400 Interbay Blvd., Tampa, Florida, 33616<\/a>, in Hillsborough County.
