She was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation revealed during an altercation between the two groups, Anijah Green, 24, stabbed the 21-year-old victim. On\u00a0May 18, 2026, detectives obtained an arrest warrant and Green was taken into custody on\u00a0May 19, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Green has been charged with:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tAggravated Battery Great Bodily Harm and Deadly Weapon&#13;<br \/>\n\tAttempted Murder In The Second Degree With Weapon.&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis violent act left a young woman seriously injured and put multiple lives at risk,\u201d\u00a0said Sheriff Chad Chronister.\u00a0\u201cThanks to the swift work of our deputies and detectives, the suspect was quickly identified and taken into custody. Violence like this has no place in our community, and we will continue working to hold those responsible fully accountable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This remains an active investigation.
