He\u2019s been killing Cubans since 1959 and before that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">One couple who came from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/topic\/Cuba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/topic\/Cuba\/\">Cuba<\/a> to South Florida as children in 1961 spoke about what it would mean to see Raul Castro held accountable for his actions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cI will be here celebrating that day, here at the Versailles, which is the historic capital of the exile people,\u201d said Ana Maria Hernandez.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019m all for it,\u201d added Luis Hernandez. \u201cEspecially because he\u2019s the one that gave the order for the Brothers to the Rescue airplanes to be shot down. Two civil airplanes that were just trying to help people. He deserves the maximum penalty.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Local 10 News reached out to the Miami Police Department for information on whether they have a plan for any large gatherings or demonstrations that may occur in the coming hours and days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph quote-box__text\">\u201cWe are not expecting any large crowds to gather at Versailles at this time, however the Miami Police Department remains prepared to ensure the safety of all participants, residents and visitors.
