The city of Sanibel will present its Sanibel Plan Update: Community Workshop #2 on June 3 from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.<\/p>\n
The topic will be \u201cShaping Our City \u2014 Collaborative Group Discussion.\u201d<\/p>\n
The workshop will use a dynamic, interactive format to ensure every attendee is heard.<\/p>\n
It will entail:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Brief overview of project progress, community input and steps moving forward<\/p>\n
\u2013 Small group discussions on the key topics of land use, transportation and resiliency<\/p>\n
\u2013 Breakout session report to entire group on key issues identified for each topic<\/p>\n
\u201cYour participation is valuable to guiding the future of Sanibel!\u201d the city shared. \u201cYour voice helps ensure that the plan enhances the quality of life and protects our environment and community.\u201d<\/p>\n
Attendees can choose the session that works best for them.<\/p>\n
