(Matt Winkelmeyer\/Getty Images for Netflix)<\/p>\n<p>Surveillance video viewed by authorities also appears to support the accuser\u2019s claims.<\/p>\n<p>Police said the victim wasn\u2019t familiar with Kaiser, but picked the 6-foot and 2-inch wrestler out of a photo lineup. The German performer is charged with misdemeanor battery in connection with the incident that occurred last month. He was <a href=\"https:\/\/myeclerk.myorangeclerk.com\/DocView\/Doc?eCode=7rXU9mWK7xxanYcyShcyCnz%2FV5gKGnqYx4ho3%2FR1xLNCtuta8%2FFXKuo%2Bl8FkCfmOIs4jbJalQWqnX9dxTXr%2FeIEzADbFD59OL8Qxa4RDtsb7geFK7es4XZPpwpzYntGwFp%2Bkro3zwVKdIwq0RmVH4g%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">arrested Wednesday<\/a> after surrendering to authorities.<\/p>\n<p>His defense attorney filed a motion Thursday asking that Kaiser be allowed to travel over state lines while the case is being resolved.
