They\u2019ve been serving their kettle-boiled, oven-baked rounds since 1972 \u2026 Look for Florida build-a-bowl chain\u00a0Fresh Kitchen\u00a0to move into the old Chicken Guy! space at 818 S. Orlando Ave. in Winter Park \u2026 South Florida Peruvian chicken chain\u00a0La Brasa Grill\u00a0will open a location next week at 9430 S. Orange Blossom Trail \u2026\u00a0Bad As\u2019s Burgers\u00a0has closed its Curry Ford operation \u2014 however, owner John Collazo has merged its menu into the Bad As\u2019s Sandwiches menu.<\/p>\n<p>Orlando food news &amp; events:<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaya chef Lordfer Lalicon will host a special\u00a0brunch collab\u00a0Sunday, May 24, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. featuring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kayaorlando.com\/events\/bori-bori-bbq-29467-jjmm9-ywwye-tlpws-wadkw-4ljky-55edj-amrm2-tnlh6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Kap\u00e9 Kaya<\/a>\u2019s Clarice Lam and Top Chef alum and James Beard nominee Monique Feybesse of Tarts de Feybesse in Oakland, California. The trio will whip up a multicourse, family-style menu featuring plenty of pastries, savory Filipino breakfast dishes and sweets. Cost is $90.
