PETERSBURG, Fla. \u2014 Dashcam video from a Florida Highway Patrol patrol car shows a motorcycle pursuit along 38th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, according to authorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The rider, wearing a black helmet, was traveling with a passenger in a white helmet. Investigators say the motorcyclist turned into a 16th Street North entrance at a business and jumped a curb behind the parking lot. During the maneuver, the passenger fell off the motorcycle.
